Please note that you can only book a follow up appointment if you had a meeting in the last 28 days. This meeting will be recorded for documentation purposes. *Selecting this option without a prior meeting, will result in cancellation. You will be asked to reschedule using the "Marketing" option and pay the difference. For a shorter meeting time, choose "General Inquiries". There is a five-minute grace period. Any time after this, you are only entitled to the rest of the original scheduled time. Please schedule accordingly. *If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please email us (empressroyalepublishing@gmail.com) no later than 48 hours ahead of time to reschedule. You are only allowed to reschedule once during a 14-day period. Should you fail to give the appropriate 48 hours' notice, your consultation fee will not be refunded. *Cancellations made in less than 48 hours are ineligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be given. Should there be a need for cancellation (you no longer wish to meet): please email us no later than 5 days before your scheduled meeting date for a 100% refund. If you cancel 3-5 days before the meeting, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours before the meeting, no refunds will be given. It typically takes about 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Refunds will only be sent to the original payment method used in a charge.
